Job Title: Software Developer for ServiceNow Solutions

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a skilled developer on high-profile projects that require expertise in implementing and configuring various ServiceNow modules. As a seasoned professional with 6-10 years of experience, you will have hands-on expertise in Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) module configuration and customization.

You will work closely with our team to integrate third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow, developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer using your strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide). Your understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices will also be valuable assets in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients across various industries.
  • Configure and customize SIR and VR modules to meet client requirements.
  • Integrate third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow.
  • Design and develop secure workflows to translate business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2-3 implementations in Security Operations (SecOps).
  • Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) module configuration and customization.
  • Familiarity with best practices in IT security, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures.
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide) and proficiency in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
