Transforming Finance in the APAC Region

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to lead our finance team in the APAC region, driving strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.

The Role

As our Financial Manager, you will oversee the financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and controlling activities of KVALITO while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Planning and Strategy
  • Develop and implement KVALITO's financial strategy for the APAC region, focusing on long-term financial planning, budgeting, liquidity management, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Accounting & Taxes
  • Ensure full responsibility for KVALITO's accounting and financial reporting, organize accounts payable and receivable, general ledger activities, payment transactions, and dunning processes.
  • Controlling
  • Develop and implement controlling tools, regularly analyze financial performance, monitor cost structures, and identify potential savings.
  • Risk Management
  • Assess and manage financial risks, develop strategies to minimize risks.

Requirements

To succeed as our Financial Manager, you must have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and controlling roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
  • Experience leading and developing teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software and IT systems.
  • Fluent in English, with any other language being a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in strategic financial management.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or life science sector is highly valued.

What We Offer
