Regional Sourcing Manager for Asia Pacific

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sourcing Manager to lead our sourcing efforts in the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of sourcing outsourced facilities management services across countries in APAC, including India, China, Japan, Australia, and Rest of Asia.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with JLL's senior IFM management, client regional management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services. You will also line manage 7 roles, including 3 country leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and perform strategic sourcing and procurement activities for specific client requirements across the APAC client portfolio under management (includes all service lines as required)
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies, procurement plans, RFPs, bid analysis and recommendations, liaison with client governance teams for Contract approvals, Savings reporting, documentation and compliance
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Facilities Managers, Operations Team and client contacts to ensure scope of services/service level agreements are in place
  • Track budget/savings from tenders/process re-design/negotiation initiatives and provide monthly/Quarterly reports to Sourcing & Procurement Leadership
  • Ensure all vendor details and files are complete and immediately updated with notified changes, actively monitor and document any changes required to the vendor contracts
  • Manage framework relationships with JLL preferred suppliers, review performance as outlined in the framework agreements
  • Support transformation activities, including audits, reports and actions
  • Gather knowledge on Market & Country intelligence, report information through JLL APAC Sourcing & Procurement Regional Leads
  • Develop Supply Chain to meet business and client needs, strengthening capabilities for opportunities of partnership and B2B
  • Lead Saves/innovation summits by category within country
  • Evaluate and ensure Policies and procedures on the accounts relate to the appropriate country operations and practices, reviewed annually and current
  • Encourage Sourcing & Procurement Account Sourcing Managers to develop and implement Sourcing plans for their client/country/region
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent numerical and commercial acumen
  • Strong analytical ability required
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills, additional WE language preferred/required
  • 5-10 years' experience in similar position, expertise executing sourcing deliverables, managing resources across APAC countries
  • Deep understanding of IFM services and supplier environment
  • Sourcing procedures and protocols – particularly for service contracts
  • Experience working with suppliers across the APAC region
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • MCIPS or Country Equivalent preferable
