Job Opportunity:

This role is available in Hyderabad and requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of our product offerings
  • Develop proficiency in claims advocacy and servicing
  • Have knowledge of various insurers, their strengths and weaknesses

Research oriented responsibilities:

  • Be capable of data mining and identifying business opportunities
  • Perform in-depth gap analysis for large proposals to meet the needs of various clients, while still maintaining profitability.
  • Prepare Quotes Comparison Reports (QCR) along with useful insights for the client in a timely manner.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure competitive quotes are received in a timely manner.
  • Regularly visit insurance companies to ensure continuous engagement with different stakeholders.

Audit, MIS & Reporting:

  • Enter RFQs and proposal details into the database.
  • Generate reports for analysis.
  • Share status updates with leadership.
  • Share information and documentation with auditors, as required, and resolve queries.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
  • Required domain knowledge.
  • MBA from a reputable B - School.
