Job Title: IT Asset Lifecycle Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Asset Lifecycle Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, including procurement, tracking, and disposal.

This role requires excellent coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with internal IT and support teams to ensure seamless asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire IT asset lifecycle — from procurement to retirement.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
  • Coordinate IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) efficiently.
  • Ensure asset-related data is up-to-date and accurately documented in ITSM tools.
  • Prepare and maintain regular asset reports using MS Excel.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA commitments related to asset handling.
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate and complete asset records.

Required Skills:

  • 1.6 years of relevant experience in IT asset coordination or management
  • Good understanding of the asset lifecycle process
  • Hands-on experience with Excel (data tracking, reporting)
  • Familiarity with IMAC, SLA, and ITSM processes/tools
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and process-driven mindset
