Job Description

This challenging opportunity involves providing dedicated support to the Insurance Service Line, with a focus on developing and executing strategies designed to drive growth and success. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a key role in driving business outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Pivotal to this role is your ability to leverage your extensive knowledge of P&C insurance markets, particularly commercial lines. A background in brokerage or broker support is essential, as you will be responsible for leading operations delivery, mentoring team members, and ensuring efficiency in meeting individual and team targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mastery of insurance operations, with a strong understanding of the pre-placement, placement, and post-placement activities involved in insurance lifecycle management.
  • Expertise in policy administration, policy checking, policy issuance, quoting, renewal prep, submissions, surplus lines, licensing, agency admin, inspections, and product management.
  • Demonstrated experience working within the S. insurance ecosystem, including distribution, brokerage, technology platforms, data, and analytics sources.
  • Ability to develop go-to-market strategies, with a deep understanding of marketing tools and tactics.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions, with prior P&L responsibilities for insurance-related products.
