  • Support sales and CRM teams by efficiently managing client interactions and documentation, providing valuable insights and data.
  • Provide accurate project-related information, guiding visitors to relevant departments and enhancing their overall experience.
  • Seamlessly coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality client experiences.
  • Proactively manage client feedback, queries, and escalate issues promptly to achieve timely resolutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions for informed decision-making and reporting purposes.
  • Assist in organizing site visits, events, and promotional activities, effectively contributing to business growth.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
  • Exhibit a pleasant personality, confidence, and customer service orientation.
  • Show the ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy, building strong relationships.
  • Possess basic knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Hold prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or front desk roles as a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and coordination abilities.
