Job Title: Servicenow ITOM Solution Expert
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Servicenow ITOM solution expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for implementing and enhancing our servicenow CMDB and ITOM platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC).
- Understand networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment.
- Have a basic understanding of industrial control systems and OT network functions, as well as the Purdue Model architecture.
- Prior experience in implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in Servicenow is beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and Power/Shell scripting.
- Understand database level architecture and write SQL queries.
- Script automated processes, including business rules, script actions, and data import.
- Configure and enhance Servicenow CMDB and ITOM modular platform capabilities.
- Develop ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.
- Document development, configuration, and technical details, and prepare training materials.
- Implement the CSDM framework for Operational Technology, document end-to-end data alignment processes, and train stakeholders.
- Identify issues, gather data, analyze, and present solutions to project stakeholders.
- Work closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions.
Working with Stakeholders:
You will work closely with various stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes to ensure successful delivery of projects.
