ServiceNow ITOM Solution Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a ServiceNow ITOM Solution Consultant.

This role involves developing ServiceNow configurations, including data alignment, automated data population, and data import. The selected candidate will document all development, configuration, and technical details and prepare training material for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of ServiceNow configuration, including Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC).

A strong ability to work closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions is required.

  • A minimum of 4 to 12 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environments.
  • At least 4 to 12 years of experience in the IT industry.

The successful candidate will represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.

Experience implementing the CSDM framework for Operational Technology and end-to-end data alignment processes is desirable.

A basic understanding of how to write SQL queries and script automated processes is necessary.

Familiarity with database level architecture, Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and Power/Shell scripting is essential.

Configuration and enhancement capabilities on the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform are critical.

The candidate should be knowledgeable about networking concepts, DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems.
