Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Campaign Manager who will be responsible for managing client accounts by overseeing the daily execution, scheduling, delivery, data preparation, and reporting of targeted campaigns. This role also involves acting as the primary liaison between the Client and the Development staff to HTML build and QA marketing messages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client marketing campaigns, including communicating with clients on campaign scheduling, targeting, mailing issues, procedures, and expectation setting.
  • Troubleshoot and monitor data transfers and data integration issues as part of complex campaigns.
  • Make recommendations on process improvement and operational execution on delivery of data, campaign execution, and creative assets to support business.
  • Utilize effective customer service techniques to handle client concerns, working with internal departments to manage client issues, assess impact, and develop solutions.
  • Lead process definition with clients on workflow to receive and manage messaging assets for campaigns, manage creative asset delivery, coordination, and processing.
  • Produce reports and analyze program results, perform analytics, establish regular analysis process, and create benchmarks to identify trends or issues.
  • Proof and quality check projects.
  • Maintain accurate and complete client files documenting specific requirements of each client.
  • Handle customer questions and complaints in a timely, professional manner.
  • Facilitate management of client enhancement projects, assist in documenting, scoping, and communicating change orders.
  • Assist Sales staff in developing recommendations related to a client program.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of previous relevant work experience required.
  • 1-3 years' experience with Adobe Campaign Standard.
  • Able to work well under pressure, sensitive to deadlines, and attentive to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company and various business contacts outside of the Company.
  • Able to build productive relationships with clients and meet goals.
  • Detail-oriented and able to successfully handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of technology, online marketing, and the Internet.
  • Basic HTML skills.
  • Able to work as part of a close-knit team and apply judgment in problem-solving client situations.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹900,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
