Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Effectively manage the reception area, handle phone calls, and direct inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate courier, mail, and document services to maintain seamless operations.
  • Schedule and oversee meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor logs, guaranteeing efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment that reflects positively on the organization.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members as required, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Engage in inbound and outbound sales activities, responding to client inquiries and driving sales leads to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver customized sales quotations, proposals, and agreements, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales information within the CRM/database system.

Requirements:

  • Any bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an administrative capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
