Job Title: Transformation Strategist

We are seeking a Transformation Strategist to lead our efforts in defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm. This role is focused on providing analytical solutions on different metrics of Global Research, infrastructure enhancement for Global Sales, and Transformation Lead for Markets Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate people management skills and cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Assemble data, build reports, and dashboards, and provide input on innovative solutions for business partners.
  • Provide high-level technical expertise and drive innovation.
  • Identify, develop, and deliver new technological solutions for reporting, process transformation, and building analytical capabilities.
  • Ensure projects are completed according to established timelines.
  • Participate with cross-functional teams to deliver on business requirements.
  • Involve in strategic and technical decision-making and lead major technical projects.
  • Plan capacity, allocate work, and ensure resiliency through fungibility and backups.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a combination of business and technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Creating and deploying dashboards with a Business Intelligence tool.
  • Strong Python programming skills.
  • Keenness to learn and harness future capabilities around AI/ML for business requirements.
  • Knowledge of cloud technology.
  • Prior experience in reporting, data analysis, and development with ability to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Must have first-hand knowledge of how to procure source data from multiple locations, integrate them together, and provide usable information for reporting or analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, influencing, and strategic skills.
  • Advanced project management and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
