The role of a Marketing Manager in the Agri/Rural domain at Carbon and Biologicals presents a unique chance to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the success of our businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Generate and manage leads through targeted campaigns and digital platforms, focusing on the Biologicals and Carbon markets.
  • Establish and communicate brand guidelines across the organization to ensure consistency and cohesion.
  • Collaborate with product managers and external agencies to create high-quality content for both print and digital media.
  • Guide graphic designers, marcom executives, and digital marketing teams to work together effectively and deliver outstanding results.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on brand awareness, customer satisfaction, and purchase intentions.
  • Analyze competitor landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and generate leads for our Biologicals and Carbon businesses.
  • Enhance website traffic and brand visibility on social media and other communication channels.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and vendors, ensuring effective utilization of the marketing budget.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Agribusiness Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Agri/Rural domain.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with a proven track record in brand management, marcomm, MR, and digital marketing.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively (6-8 days/month) in rural markets.
  • Strong learning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
