Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the Agri/Rural Domain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to promote Carbon and Biologicals businesses.
  • Generate, manage, and nurture leads through on-ground campaigns and digital platforms.
  • Develop and communicate brand guidelines across the organization.
  • Collaborate with product managers and external agencies to develop top-quality content.
  • Guide graphic designers, marcom executives, and digital marketing executives to deliver results.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights and inform business decisions.
  • Understand competitor landscapes and develop initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement digital strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and vendors and track marketing budget utilization.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or Agri Business Management.
  • 5+ years of work experience in marketing, especially in the Agri/Rural domain.
  • An excellent team player with a proven track record in brand management, marcomm, MR, and digital marketing.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 6-8 days/month in rural markets.
  • Learning and problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Office Suite.
