Job Purpose:

We seek an experienced professional to drive demand and sales in the high-potential districts of Gujarat. The ideal candidate will collaborate with regional sales teams to execute localized marketing campaigns that support sales conversion and dealer engagement.

The successful candidate will develop sales and demand generation plans aligned with seasonal crop cycles and tractor usage patterns. They will also support the dealer network with hyper-local campaigns and lead generation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive demand and sales in high-potential districts of Gujarat
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to execute localized marketing campaigns
  • Develop sales and demand generation plans aligned with seasonal crop cycles and tractor usage patterns
  • SUPPORT dealer network with hyper-local campaigns and lead generation tools

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with 14 years of experience in demand generation, sales, rural marketing, or agri sales. A degree in Marketing, B.Tech (Agri/Mechanical), Agri Business, or Rural Management is preferred.
