We are ValueLabs, a leading organization in the industry. We are seeking an exceptional Technical Recruiter to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with 5-8 years of experience in technical IT recruitment. If you have a minimum of 4 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment and are passionate about sourcing top talent, we want to hear from you

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Parsing specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
  • Crafting and sending personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
  • Promoting our company's reputation as a great place to work.
  • Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms.
  • Executing a complete search of our database as per requirements to find relevant candidates.
  • Maintaining and updating our database of candidates.
  • Understanding clients' needs and requirements.
  • Interacting with relevant candidates, briefing them about the requirements.
  • Ensuring excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
  • Lateral Recruitment: writing and posting job descriptions, managing responses, and screening candidates on job portals.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in technical IT recruitment.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
  • Ability to parse specialized skills and qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with sourcing tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
