Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Technical Recruiter at ASK IT Solutions. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, specializing in Information Technology recruitment and hiring of IT professionals.


Responsibilities


• Reviewing and analyzing active client requirements to identify and source candidates for open positions.

• Leveraging multiple online platforms and social media to discover potential candidates.

• Conducting phone screenings to assess candidate's technical skills and cultural fit.

• Presenting career opportunities to qualified candidates and maintaining strong relationships with contract employees and vendors.

• Collaborating in daily huddles with management to ensure all open roles are covered, and successful closures are achieved.

• Utilizing job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, and others for sourcing, and posting jobs as needed.

• Managing recruitment for both contract and permanent positions.


Requirements


• Well-versed in US employment terms like W2, C2C, 1099, and familiar with various US visa types.

• Strong experience working with W2 tax terms is essential.

• Comprehensive experience in handling the complete US recruitment life cycle.

• Expertise in full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of IT technologies.

• Excellent communication skills are a must.
