About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Manager to join our team at FISC-AA. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for handling calls from customers or clients and providing them with effective solutions to their queries.

This is a challenging role that requires strong communication skills, a willingness to learn new things, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • To handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries
  • To discuss every matter with a supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted
  • To give a resolution to the customers or clients as the sole responsibility
  • To carry out various other professional services such as Business Research, Legal services, Financial Analysis etc.
  • To maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers
Requirements
  • Good Communication Skills in English is mandatory
  • Able to efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations
  • Languages: English, Hindi+Any Language
