Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage overall network technology management for the business, planning and executing new technology roll outs, scope expansion, and readiness of team from a technology standpoint.
  • Identify network issues through troubleshooting and decide on actions required for resolving the issue, referring to KEDB or knowledge bases for known issues/repetitive issues and resolution steps.
  • Triage: Once resolution steps are completed, if the issue is still not resolved or if it's an unknown issue and standard troubleshooting methods did not resolve the issue, escalate the ticket to L3 Network SME and support the troubleshooting process, coordinating with 3rd party network vendor technicians if necessary.
  • Process Compliance:
  1. Gather information from vendors, customers, analysis from troubleshooting/investigation, resolution steps implemented, and update tickets regularly as per defined processes.
  2. Prepare detailed reports on plans of action for existing tickets for the next shift engineer (Shift Handover Report).
  3. Follow through and execute various Escalation Matrices (Vendor, Internal, and Customer defined).
  4. Maintain inventory of network equipment and links.
  5. Constantly track tickets for SLA adherence and escalate deviations as defined in the processes.
Value Proposition: Understand existing environments and propose opportunities for improvement, looking at nagging issues and coming up with 'get-around' solutions by working with vendors and industry experts.
