TAC Wireless Network Specialist

We are seeking an experienced TAC Wireless Network Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality performance of our outdoor fixed wireless broadband networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze complex network issues and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Familiarity with RF fundamentals, frequency capability, channel bandwidth, modulation schemes, transmission methods, microwave propagation, and factors affecting wireless signal strength.
- Knowledge of outdoor PMP and PTP Licensed and Unlicensed Fixed Wireless Access systems.
- Ability to design and configure outdoor fixed wireless networks that meet customer business requirements.
- Expertise in network security protocols and best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including ability to identify problems with outdoor network infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical customers.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3-8 years of experience in outdoor fixed wireless technologies, knowledge of RF fundamentals, outdoor wireless propagation, link budget, L2/L3 protocol, and security. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required, along with relevant industry certifications such as CCNP (routing and switching), and CWNE.
