The ideal candidate is someone who loves breaking things apart, has high standards for product quality, and is eager to learn more. They should have experience in manual and automation testing, setting up test suites, and exploring AI tools/workflows. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
Must-haves include well-versed manual testing skills, hands-on automation testing experience, and fluency in written and spoken English. Good-to-have skills include knowledge/experience in performance testing, security testing, or familiarity with AI-driven workflows in QA or having experimented with AI tools in testing scenarios.
