Job Title: Business Development Associate

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious professional to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be identifying business opportunities, upselling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

In this role, you will set up and manage outbound campaigns using internal tools and processes, follow structured checklists and SOPs to ensure high campaign quality, monitor delivery metrics, and maintain reports with campaign performance data.

To succeed in this position, you must be extremely organized with a strong focus on task completion, comfortable using online tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards, a quick learner who can adapt to new platforms and workflows easily, and have a high attention to detail.

You will also possess good written communication skills for basic coordination and reporting, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and experience in sales or technology is not mandatory.
