About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Jr. Business Associate – Outreach & Communication to join our team. This role is a unique mix of marketing, client outreach, and business development. The ideal candidate will be someone who can build strong professional relationships, communicate brand messaging effectively, and support business growth initiatives through research, communication, and strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing outreach strategies to engage potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Create, review, and manage communication material across digital and offline platforms to strengthen brand presence.
- Support business development activities including lead generation, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing and outreach initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage client communication, ensuring timely follow-ups and relationship building.
- Contribute to presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and management.
- Track campaign performance, outreach effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of marketing strategies, social media platforms, and digital communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
