Job Title: Project Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager assistant to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with local partners, ensuring quality outcomes, building partnerships with government stakeholders, conducting city-level consultation workshops, managing project budgets and financial tracking, leading monitoring and report writing, and developing and implementing programs in select areas.

  • Coordinate local partner efforts & ensure quality results
  • Develop strategic partnerships with government entities
  • Conduct community engagement workshops
  • Manage project finances & track expenses
  • Lead performance monitoring & reporting
  • Design & implement programs in targeted communities

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge in climate resilience or related fields
  • Strong networking skills with government agencies
  • Proficiency in Excel budgeting & reporting tools
  • Graduate/Master's degree preferred
  • Background in gender & women's leadership (desirable)
