Creative Producer

Job Summary:

The Creative Producer will manage day-to-day project execution within a specific vertical, reporting directly to the Associate Director, Production. As part of a team, this role focuses on managing production tasks from brief to delivery, adhering to all internal and external processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress from initial brief to final asset delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all due processes, including documentation, contracts, payments, and internal workflows, while maintaining accurate records and updates.
  • Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and creative standards.
  • Foster collaboration among creative, strategy, and other teams to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve any operational issues.
  • Assist in client communications as needed, providing updates and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations under the Associate Director's direction.
  • Identify potential delays or issues early, escalating to the Associate Director as required, and implementing corrective actions.

Necessary Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in production, with exposure to project management in creative or agency environments; familiarity with BFSI or Non-BFSI sectors is a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects on time.
  • An understanding of production workflows, including creative development, asset creation, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing processes, documentation, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and basic client interactions.
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media production, or a related field.
