  • Reviewing creative work to ensure it meets high standards and client expectations is essential.
  • The Visual Innovation Lead will present ideas and visuals to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Staying up-to-date with current design, advertising, and cultural trends – and knowing when to follow them or break them – is crucial.
  • Maintaining design consistency while working on multiple projects across industries is also key.
  • Managing timelines, delegating work, and ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets are critical responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 3-8 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency (not digital-only or event-focused).
  2. A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats (ATL, BTL, integrated campaigns).
  3. Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding.
  4. Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  5. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to think strategically and contribute to ideation, not just design.
  7. Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  8. A good sense of humour and a can-do attitude (non-negotiable).
