Job Description

This role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic expansion into new markets. As a key member of our team, you will identify opportunities, develop and execute plans to attract and onboard new partners, and manage the end-to-end franchise acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on potential markets, competitors, and financial feasibility to inform location selection.
  • Franchise Acquisition: Manage the entire franchise acquisition process, from lead generation to agreement closure, ensuring seamless onboarding and compliance with company policies.
  • Launch Support and Operational Guidance: Provide ongoing guidance to support franchisees during the launch phase and drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking and Improvement: Monitor franchisee performance and develop initiatives to improve revenue growth and customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, academics, legal, and finance departments to ensure smooth franchise set-up and scaling.
