Procurement Expert

We seek an accomplished procurement expert to spearhead our SAP Ariba initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Purchasing Configuration Optimization: Collaborate with clients' procurement teams to identify areas for improvement in their current purchasing configuration within the SAP Ariba system, driving workshops and discussions to realize optimization opportunities.
  2. Ariba Implementation and Rollout: Possess extensive experience (7+ years) in implementing and rolling out SAP Ariba, guiding clients on business process re-engineering as needed.
  3. Integration Expertise: Strong knowledge of Ariba Supplier Lifecycle, Ariba Supplier Risk Management, and integration with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA using CIG.
  4. Project Delivery: Collaborate with technical teams during the 'Build' phase, perform cutover, go-live, and Hyper care support, ensuring timely project delivery.
  5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience in Ariba testing, test case preparation, and building test scripts; perform Unit Test and System Integration Test (UT and SIT).
  6. Requirements Gathering: Gather requirements and create function and technical documentation, demonstrating expertise in troubleshooting technical problems.
  7. Collaboration and Communication: Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional oral and written communication skills to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
