The Role

We are looking for a detail-driven individual for our platforms & products, who can comprehensively evaluate user journeys, and tear-down applications across platforms to ensure smooth functioning and best experience for the end user.

Responsibilities & Job Overview

  • Work with product, business and engineering teams to ensure we are implementing features that meets customer requirements
  • Design, review and contribute on test plans, test cases, test scenarios, scripts and procedures
  • Guide, Develop and manage standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan test schedules, strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
  • Reporting, follow-up, Bug tracking and risks and escalations management
  • Ensure all reporting is succinct, yet includes all necessary details for replication and timely resolution
  • Constantly look for ways to improve the existing products to make them more reliable
  • Be aware of the latest testing techniques, strategies, testing tools/test frameworks
  • Ensure no unnoticed bug goes out in production
  • Be customer centric and actively help resolve all customer related issues
