Job Title

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This role entails implementing and managing software quality assurance processes, identifying and mitigating defects in various software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing software testing strategies and methodologies to ensure high-quality software products;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software quality requirements;
  • Developing and maintaining test cases, test scripts, and automated testing frameworks to facilitate efficient and effective software testing;
  • Providing expert guidance on software testing best practices and emerging technologies to improve the overall software development lifecycle;
  • Leading small-scale projects or tasks related to software quality assurance and process improvement;
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in computer science and software engineering principles, along with excellent problem-solving skills and experience with software testing tools and methodologies. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Java, JavaScript, and Python, is also highly valued.

Additional qualifications include:

  • At least 5-8 years of quality engineering experience and a strong background in software automation testing;
  • Strong proficiency in creating UI Automation Frameworks and Test Suites using Selenium, Cucumber, Page Object Design Pattern, and Page Factory;
  • Experience with API/Backend Automation Frameworks and Test Suites using Rest Assured, JUnit, Mockito, Spring Boot, and Cucumber;
  • Cloud and CI/CD experience, including knowledge of AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins;
  • Leadership qualities and ability to lead small teams;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
