Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The Head of Quality Assurance will oversee the overall quality of applications, data, and development processes. This person will be responsible for managing and refining our software quality assurance practices, defining and reporting on key quality metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all system data and application features meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the quality assurance strategy aligned with business and engineering goals.
  • Quality Standards: Establish quality standards, KPIs, and metrics to measure and improve product quality.
  • Process & Methodology: Develop and maintain robust quality assurance processes including test planning, execution, automation, and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • More than 10 years of quality assurance experience.
  • Strong experience with application, data, and API testing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience testing business solutions delivered on SaaS models.
