Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Operations Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our operations and processes.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all operational quality matters;
  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards;
  • Conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements;
  • Providing training and support to staff on quality-related matters.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an operations or quality assurance context.

You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Your qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering, or quality assurance;
  • Proven track record of success in a quality assurance or operations role;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
