Job Opportunity: Business Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Engage with inquiries and respond to messages on various social media platforms to build brand awareness and generate interest.
  • Post and share relevant content across social media to increase engagement and drive website traffic.
  • Qualify leads, maintain accurate records of interactions, and update our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture them through the sales funnel to increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and maximize results.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
  • Experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
  • Familiarity with using social media for business purposes (posting, responding, and engaging with leads).
  • BASIC knowledge of lead generation techniques and sales funnels.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
