Clinical Tele Coordinator Job Description

As a Clinical Tele Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication and coordination between patients, referring physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare providers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments for various radiology procedures and ensuring timely scheduling and availability of resources.
  • Answering phone calls and inquiries, responding to patient calls, answering questions about procedures, providing instructions, and addressing concerns.
  • Communicating with referring physicians, relaying information about patient referrals, test results, and follow-up care.
  • Managing patient records, maintaining accurate patient records, including scheduling information, test results, and correspondence.
  • Coordinating with other departments, collaborating with imaging technicians and billing staff.
  • Ensuring patient satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and addressing patient concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • A secondary education or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Autonomy and teamwork ability.
