AI Innovations Engineer


The ideal candidate will develop next-generation internal business applications enriched with AI and intelligent automation.

As a AI Solutions Developer, you will architect, implement, and optimize sophisticated apps with intuitive natural language querying, smart widget recommendations, and AI-driven actions such as content generation, image recognition, and automated decisioning.

  • Harness Appsmith AI to deliver complex workflow automations guided by RPA principles, embedding LLMs for adaptive automation including dynamic error handling and process logic.
  • Integrate public and private LLMs to unlock capabilities like text summarization, semantic search, conversational agents, and intelligent data processing.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for AI features, LLM/RPA integrations, and best practices, fostering reusability, compliance, and rapid onboarding.
  • Optimize application reliability, scalability, and performance, including minimizing LLM latency, ensuring high availability, and adhering to best practices in privacy and data protection.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience with LLMs and their APIs, solid grasp of Git for version control, and analytical acumen are also required. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related discipline, with 3-6 years of software development experience, and advanced skills in JavaScript, SQL, and API integration.
