Industrial Automation Specialist


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Specialist to lead the design and deployment of industrial automation solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting solutions.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in Ignition SCADA and Inductive Automation, including scripting module configuration and project deployment.
  • Strong background in MES functions, production tracking, OEE, downtime analysis, traceability, SPC, etc.
  • Proficiency with database technologies SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with OT/IT integration technologies.
  • REST APIs for system interconnectivity.
  • MQTT for IIoT messaging and lightweight communication.
  • OPC UA for industrial interoperability.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, PLC, SCADA, HMIs, and plant floor connectivity.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing standards ISA95, ISA88, ISA99, IEC 62443.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with cloud-based IIoT platforms Azure IoT, AWS IoT, etc.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments.
  • Familiarity with containerization Docker, Kubernetes for SCADA/MES deployments.
