Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, a strong understanding of PPC, CTR, CPC, and conversion tracking, as well as proficiency in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across Google platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, create engaging ad copy, manage budgets, analyze campaign metrics, and report on performance.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align advertising efforts with business goals.
- At least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Full-time position located in Bhubaneswar.
