Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management and Governance professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining standards for administration of contracts, contract terms, services, inventory and key contract lifecycle events.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and maintaining data administration standards to ensure consistency and quality across all contracts and inventories;
  • Reviewing and documenting data administration standards to ensure policies are followed;
  • Helping ensure the accuracy, consistency and reliability of information on contracts, inventory and cost throughout the subscription lifecycle;
  • Implementing contract and inventory portfolio administrative governance policies that help maintain administrative integrity;
  • Handling moderately complex contract and inventory data from initiation to decommissioning through the lifecycle to ensure compliance with policies and regulations;
  • Sustaining solutions or improvements to data management and governance technologies to advance data practices for improved compliance, efficiency and value;

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience;
  • Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience;
  • The following experience is advantageous:
  • Market Data acquisition and administration, including familiarity with applications like Market Data Management (MDM), and Optimized Spend (FITS / OS);
  • Accounting / Finance workflows, especially Invoice to Pay and Accounts Payable;
  • Agile methodology, including sprints and ticket management solutions like JIRA;
