Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: You will be responsible for processing and managing customer orders for electric vehicles, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This will involve coordinating with different departments such as manufacturing, logistics, and finance.
  • Documentation: You will prepare and maintain sales documents, contracts, and agreements. You will ensure that all paperwork is complete and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Customer Support: As a point of contact for customers, you will provide information about electric vehicles, handle inquiries, and resolve issues. This may involve coordinating with technical support or other departments to address customer concerns.
  • Inventory Management: You will monitor and manage inventory levels of electric vehicles, ensuring that the sales team has accurate information on product availability.
  • Sales Reporting: You will generate and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and provide insights to the sales team. This information can be valuable for making strategic decisions.
  • Event Coordination: You will assist in organizing and coordinating events such as product launches, test drives, and promotional activities to boost sales.
  • Training Support: You will provide support in training sessions for the sales team, ensuring they are well-versed in the features and benefits of electric vehicles.
  • Market Research: You will conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences related to electric vehicles. You will provide relevant information to the sales team for strategic planning.
  • CRM Maintenance: You will keep the CRM system up-to-date with customer information, sales activities, and other relevant data to support effective customer management.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: You will collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive approach to selling electric vehicles.
