Position Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to facilitate the daily operations of our office. This role involves providing crucial support to the recruiting and marketing teams by managing administrative tasks related to job creation, job closure, recruitment and marketing reports.
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Offer extensive administrative assistance to the Recruitment and Marketing Team, including the preparation of weekly and monthly reports as well as document preparation.
\u2022 Assist in the strategic posting of job advertisements across various platforms and oversee the closure of posted positions.
\u2022 Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
\u2022 Offer administrative assistance to recruiters, with mass mailing campaigns through the ATS.
\u2022 Foster collaborative relationships with team members to optimize operational efficiency.
\u2022 Execute additional administrative duties as required.
\u2022 Coordinate and oversee the logistical aspects of candidate transportation, ensuring punctual arrangements.
\u2022 Generate detailed reports on LinkedIn activity on both a weekly and monthly basis.
\u2022 Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure streamlined processes throughout the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
\u2022 Any bachelor's degree, preferably commerce background.
\u2022 Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is desirable.
\u2022 Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
\u2022 Effective written and verbal communication skills.
\u2022 Experience working in night shift is preferred.
\u2022 A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Shift Timings: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM / 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
