
Customer Support Representative

Providing exceptional customer service is a top priority in our organization.
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of the support team, you will handle escalated customer inquiries and collaborate with internal partners to deliver timely solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience managing customer complaints via phone, email, and live chat in a fast-paced environment. They should possess excellent communication skills, time-management skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex customer queries/complaints efficiently.
- Liaise with internal partners to agree on solutions and track complaint progress.
- Meet agreed-upon SLAs for resolving complaints.
- Monitor trends in customer complaints and implement strategies to minimize them.
- Support the Customer Service team in handling routine customer inquiries.
- Provide weekly reports on complaint trends to management.
Requirements:
- Dedication to delivering best-in-class customer service.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in handling customer complaints.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Confidence in providing effective solutions and escalating when necessary.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
