Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Gather user insights to identify areas of improvement and provide valuable feedback to internal teams
- Educate users about additional services such as cover design, marketing packages, and distribution options
- Upsell premium packages and add-on services to increase awareness of the platform's offerings
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for effectively assisting customers and conveying information clearly
- Fluency in Hindi (speaking is essential; reading and writing are advantageous)
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping users succeed
- A proactive attitude toward upselling and promoting high-value services
- Ability to gather insights from user interactions and report key findings to the team
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
