
Accelerate Growth as a Business Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive account growth and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
This role will involve understanding customer usage patterns, identifying contextual opportunities for expansion, and proactively managing the customer journey to address pain points.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Hospital Workflow Understanding, Product & Operational Orientation, Stakeholder & Relationship Management, Medical & Decision Support Acumen, Communication & Influencing Skills, and Problem Solving & Ownership.
Key qualifications include 5-6 years of experience in Healthcare business development, hospital account management, pharma (GTM for new therapies/innovative drugs), specialized diagnostics, and managing multiple hospital/clinic stakeholders including doctors, administrators, procurement, and nursing staff.
Responsibilities:
- Drive account growth through strategic relationship building and contextual opportunity identification
- Proactively manage the customer journey to address pain points and maximize Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Introduce new modules, upgrades, and services aligned with evolving customer needs
- Organize and execute doctor meets, training sessions, and other stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Cause operational excellence by coaching and supporting customer-side teams
Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare business development, hospital account management, or pharmaceuticals
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Ability to understand and leverage hospital workflow processes
- Expertise in problem solving and ownership
- Effective communication and influencing skills
