Job Title: Infrastructure Manager

Seeking a seasoned Cluster Infrastructure Manager to oversee partnerships and alliances with OEMs, local officials, and dealers in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with Vehicle OEMs, local authorities, and their dealerships.
  • Conduct on-site fieldwork to identify and acquire Electric Vehicle (EV) fleet customers in the regional EV market.
  • Monitor regional market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Manage the rollout of new regions and onboard partners efficiently.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to plan monthly sales goals and lead funnels effectively.
  • Implement effective collection strategies for both soft and hard collections.
  • Align the region's efforts with our pan-Indian retail vehicle finance initiatives, reporting directly to the Regional Head-Retail Finance.
  • Ensure fluency in local languages, handle bulk client interactions, and work closely with the local team.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in retail loan sales and collections within an NBFC setting.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region to engage with customers and markets.
  • Substantial experience in vehicle finance, particularly with new or used commercial vehicles.
