Procurement Manager Job

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective procurement strategies that support our growing D2C brand.

Location: This is a full-time position based out of Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Develop strategic plans for procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.

● Source and evaluate suppliers to identify potential partnerships.

● Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring the best terms and conditions.

● Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.

● Ensure timely delivery of materials and services, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

● Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover.

● Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory, providing valuable insights into procurement performance.

● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and preferences.

● Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes, promoting positive working relationships.

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations relevant to procurement, applying this knowledge to improve procurement processes.

Skill sets:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role.

● Strong knowledge of supply chain, operations, and procurement principles and practices.

● Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

● Proficient in using purchasing software and MS Office.

● Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
