Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

About the Role:

The Senior Analyst for Workday SCM will be responsible for ensuring compliance with business unit requirements, supporting the Enterprise ERP System, and building supply chain optimizations and new features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with business unit requirements through diligent monitoring and adherence to established processes.
  • Provide support for the Enterprise ERP System, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
  • Develop and implement supply chain optimizations and new features, enhancing overall system performance and efficiency.
  • Design and deploy new modules/projects/enhancements, driving innovation and growth within the organization.
  • Manage the change control process for requests, ensuring smooth migration to Production tenants.
  • Support application upgrades, maintenance, security, access, and monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments.
  • Collaborate with Client & Change Management to document business requirements and participate in Oncall rotation with team members for critical off-hours issues.

Required Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need 6+ years of experience in Workday Workday SCM and Workday Finance in an operational or technical support role. An undergraduate degree and report build experience are also highly desirable.
