Supply Chain Planning Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Lead to lead and participate in our RapidResponse implementation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects aligned to best practices in supply chain planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize RapidResponse modules for demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Design and build data-driven dashboards, alerts, scenarios, and analytical reports using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Integrate Kinaxis with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and legacy applications using Extract Transform Load (ETL) tools, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), or middleware.
  • Collaborate with business users to translate supply chain requirements into functional capabilities within Kinaxis.
  • Validate, test, and troubleshoot data accuracy and reliability to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide comprehensive training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end-users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with RapidResponse and other related software tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
