Supply Chain Planning Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing insightful recommendations to clients by understanding their business needs and challenges.

  • You will meet with clients to uncover their business needs and challenges, and perform quantitative and observational data analyses using strong analytical skills.
  • Your primary goal is to present recommendations to clients based on analysis results, ensuring that they are well-informed and equipped to make strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement supply chain planning strategies that optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  2. Analyze client data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  3. Presentation of analysis results to clients, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills to ensure stakeholder management.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with supply chain planning software or equivalent tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain optimization, demand planning, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of supply chain planning software, including Kinaxis Rapid Response.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and custom workflows using scripting languages.
  • Ability to integrate supply chain planning software with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware.
  • Experience in building and maintaining data models to ensure high-quality and consistent data flows.
  • Proficiency in creating, customizing, and managing analytical reports and dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Kinaxis Rapid Response Author certification or Contributor certification.
