Office Assistant Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill this office role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • GeM Portal Management:
      • Broad knowledge of the GeM Government e-Marketplace portal is required.
      • Participate in tenders and bids on the GeM platform.
      • Generate and process invoices via the GeM portal.
      • Update product service information on the GeM portal.
    • Office Support:
      • Manage and maintain office records, files, and documentation.
      • Prepare official letters and reports.
      • Coordinate internal office activities and assist with daily operations.
    • Accounting:
      • Handle daily accounting tasks including entries, vouchers, and reconciliations.
      • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
    • PF ESIC Management:
      • Good understanding and experience working on PF and ESIC portals is essential.
      • Timely registration, contributions, and compliance-related tasks must be performed.
      • Coordinate with employees regarding PF ESIC-related queries.
    • Petty Cash Management:
      • Oversee daily petty cash expenses and maintain accurate records.
      • Reconcile petty cash periodically and ensure proper documentation of all expenditures.
      • Prepare petty cash summary reports for management.
