Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting and coordinating training programs for employees.

The primary focus of this role is to ensure that all employees receive the necessary training and support to perform their jobs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct SOP and GMP training programs
  • Coordinate training programs and train individuals in relevant operations
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and test reports on multiple projects
  • Perform testing on various software, telecom, and reporting systems
  • Validate user expectations during the testing process
  • Review user requirements documents to ensure testability
